Download Graphics

Click on the graphic you want to download. Scroll down in the view and select the leftmost button labeled “Download for…”. A selection of options will now appear.

Download for Swell Printing

If you want to print your graphic on swell paper, you need to select the first option: “Swell Paper Print (PDF)”. Once you’ve clicked this option, a new dialog window will open. Here, you can choose the format of your file. It’s important that the original format of the graphic (document size) matches the paper size. Once everything is selected correctly, you can click the button at the bottom right. The graphic will then be downloaded as a PDF and saved to your device.

Download for Braille Emboss Printing

Choose the second option under “Download for…” if you want to print your graphic on a Braille embosser. Once you’ve clicked on “Braille Emboss Print”, a new dialog window will open. Now you can select your printer. The paper size should again match the document size.
Once everything is set, you will receive an additional explanation on how to link the graphic after embossing. Click on the field that says “How to attach linking markers after emboss printing”. To download the markers, you can click the “Labels for sticking (PDF)” button at the bottom. By clicking “Visual Emboss Preview”, an area will expand below showing how the printed graphic will look. To download the file for emboss printing, just click the “Emboss Graphic (IBE)” button at the bottom right. The file will then be downloaded in the appropriate format and saved to your device.

Download as SVG for Editing the Graphic

You can edit your graphic in a graphic design program by downloading it as an SVG. To do so, select the third option under “Download for…” called “Editing (SVG)”. After clicking it, the SVG file will be immediately saved to your device.

Download as Archive (ZIP) File

To download all data related to the graphic (graphic elements, audio files) as a package, you can select “Archive (ZIP)”. The packaged file will be saved to your device immediately upon clicking.
The last option under “Download for…” also allows you to download the file for printing. The difference with “Swell Paper Print (SVG)” is that the file is saved not as a PDF, but as an SVG file.
